Grundfos offers access to certain enhanced information and services through a restricted, password-protected area of its website known as the "Extranet". If a contact person of a customer, vendor or service partner (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Grundfos Partner") needs access to Extranet, a Grundfos administrator can give this person access to the Extranet to the tools needed. You need to create a Grundfos Account to have access to the Extranet.
In some situations, a Grundfos Partner gets to appoint an administrator (hereinafter "Access Administrator") of its Extranet account. The Access Administrator will be granted the right to manage the Grundfos Partner’s Extranet account, and thereby to grant authorized users (hereinafter "Authorized users") access to the Extranet account and to withdraw existing permissions to access. No user can access the Grundfos Partner’s Extranet account without a prior permission from the Access Administrator.
It is each Grundfos Partner’s responsibility to ensure that the Access Administrator has consented being the Access Administrator and that the Access Administrator has received a consent from each individual user before making the person in question Authorized User.
Before designating any employee or agent as an Authorized User, the Grundfos Partner is responsible for informing each such person that his or her use of the Extranet is subject to these terms, and that access to the Extranet will be allowed to him or her only upon agreeing to these terms.
If an Authorized User with permitted access to the Grundfos Partner’s Extranet account shall no longer use such access (e.g. if an employee resigns from its position), the Grundfos Partner must ensure that the Grundfos administrator or the Access Administrator closes such Authorized User’s access to the Grundfos Partner’s Extranet account immediately. Grundfos may and will trust that anyone with permitted access to the Grundfos Partner’s Extranet account has the proper authorisation to act on behalf of the Grundfos Partner.
Grundfos Partners having an Extranet account must ensure that the account is used solely for business purposes.
In the following the different accesses are described in relation to the different types of partners.
In relation to Grundfos customers, Extranet is an Application used for online ordering, checking for product availability and account management, including viewing order history, invoices, shipments, tracking etc. Grundfos’ existing and new customers (hereinafter "Customers") can access Extranet via the Grundfos Account, if and to the extent that Grundfos has granted the necessary additional permission.
Access to extranet
Each Customer with permission to access Extranet shall appoint one person to act as Access Administrator of the Customer’s Extranet account. The Access Administrator will be granted the right to manage the Customer’s Extranet account, and thereby to grant Authorized Users access the Customer’s Extranet account and to withdraw existing permissions to access. No user can access the Customer’s Extranet account without a prior permission from the Access Administrator.
It is each Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the Access Administrator has consented being the Access Administrator and that the Access Administrator has received a consent from each individual user before making the person in question Authorized User.
Before designating any employee or agent as an Authorized User, the Customer is responsible for informing each such person that his or her use of the Extranet is subject to these terms, and that access to the Extranet will be allowed to him or her only upon agreeing to these terms.
If an Authorized User with permitted access to the Customer’s Extranet account shall no longer use such access (e.g. if an employee resigns from its position with the EN-User), the Customer must ensure that the Access Administrator closes such Authorized User’s access to the Customer’s Extranet account immediately. Grundfos may and will trust that anyone with permitted access to the Customer’s Extranet account has the proper authorisation to act on behalf of the Customers, including to place orders in the name of and at the account of the Customer.

All purchase orders placed via Extranet is conditional upon the acceptance of the Grundfos’ General Terms and Conditions for Sale of Goods applicable at the time of the purchase order.

Before entering any data about a third-party end-user into the Grundfos-system, the Customer is obligated to obtain the end-user’s sufficient consent that the end-user’s information in relation to the order may be disclosed to and handled and stored by Grundfos.

The Water Management System ("WMS") is an application that can be accessed from your smartphone, tablet or computer. The Application is only available in selected countries. When you purchase an AQtap package and system, you get access to the WMS. Standard terms of sale and delivery for AQtap package and system equally apply to you. The application is a part of the solution that allows people to tank clean water on request from water kiosks. WMS is an application made for water service providers and the application processes and publishes data from transactions and operations through Grundfos AQTap. The use of smart cards for revenue collection is transparent and reliable for the consumers and efficient for the water service provider.

The water service provider owns its own data in WMS and is the data controller of all personal datadata typed into the WMS. Grundfos is granted access to the water service provider’s data for development purposes and in anonymized form for marketing and demonstration purposes. The water service provider is itself responsible for obtaining a copy of data through features in WMS allowing data downloads. Data is stored inside EU. The water service provider shall as the owner of the data and as the data controller be responsible for all personal data uploaded in the WMS and its protection, including getting the necessary consent from the persons, whose data are uploaded. It is explicitly agreed that the WMS is not from a security point of view suited to store personal data, and that the water service provider shall take all necessary precautions in this respect. Grundfos will not generate or treat the incoming information in WMS, and shall in this respect only be considered as a data processer.
