Before designating any employee or agent as an Authorized User, the Customer is responsible for informing each such person that his or her use of the Extranet is subject to these terms, and that access to the Extranet will be allowed to him or her only upon agreeing to these terms.

If an Authorized User with permitted access to the Customer’s Extranet account shall no longer use such access (e.g. if an employee resigns from its position with the EN-User), the Customer must ensure that the Access Administrator closes such Authorized User’s access to the Customer’s Extranet account immediately. You log in to WIN & EARN by using your Grundfos Account.

In addition to the Personal Data that you provide when creating a Grundfos Account, you provide information into the application whether you are company owner/the responsible purchase manager or an installer – and also the name of your company, if you register as an owner/responsible purchase manager.

Grundfos uses the information collected about you to administer your WIN & EARN account, including processing your personal data for sending you vouchers and sending you service e-mails about the system status.
